- Raw: Metal is left untreated. Recommended for those wanting to add their own finish or wanting a natural rust finish.
- Black: The item is painted flat black. We recommend this option for items with no texturing and for outdoor use.
- Oil Rubbed Bronze: A bronze wax/sealer is rubbed on gently, leaving a bronze color to the high points of the metal where the lows will remain black. Recommended for hammered or distressed textures.
- Pewter: A pewter wax/sealer is rubbed on gently, leaving the silver-ish peweter color on the hight points of the metal and the lows will be black. Recommended for hammered of distressed textures.
- Aged Bronze: A bronze wax/sealer is applied to the piece and gently wiped away. This finish leaves the high points of the metal black and the low points a bronze color. Recommended for hammered or distressed items.
- Aged Pewter: A pewter wax/sealer is applied to the piece and gently wiped away. This finish leaves the high points of the metal black and the low points a silver-ish pewter color. Recommended for hammered or distressed items.
- Rusty Metal Patina: This finish leaves a burgandy/orange color of rust on the low points of the piece. It looks best when selected with a hammered or distressed texture
- Gunmetal: This is an acid finish leaving hints of blues and browns. The coloring abosrbs into the metal making it more scratch resistant (Good for high use items). Not recommended for outdoor use
- This is an acid finish turning the metal blackish. The coloring abosrbs into the metal making it more scratch resistant (Good for high use items). Not recommended for outdoor use

Pyramid head screws look great
Well made, easy to install. A perfect finish match to our iron too. Need a 1" crescent wrench, a socket will not work on them but easy to install.

Thank you!
The best I have found, but could use slight improvement.
The best I have found, but could use slight improvement. I had already created “rusty iron” bars for the vintage door I am making, using actual rust and then a flat clear coat to protect it. The screws came in looking much less rusty, and had a gloss finish which didn’t fit. It was not too hard to paint them up to better match the actual rust on the bars that I was using. A quick flat coat fixed the glossy problem. They work well for my project, although I wish they had a stronger/longer screw.

Hi Don, thank you for the review. It sounds like the finish color you selected was "Rusty Metal" which is hand mixed and applied to mimic the look of rust with paint. We also have a "Natural Rust" which is done with an acid to speed up the process of oxidation. We do have larger screws that are very similar to these if you are interested.
