Our T plate is hand-forged with heavy-gauge steel to ensure maximum strength and durability, and available in 1/8”, 3/16”, or 1/4” thicknesses in an array of unique hand-hammered textures and finishes. For structural applications created to support a vertical post or a top horizontal beam you won't find a more secure fit. Hi Elaine, the T plates don't include fasteners but the ones that are pictured are the pyramid head screws - https://www.oldwestiron.com/collections/low-profile-pyramid-head-screws/products/hcs-02-decorative-1-2-square-pyramid-head-screws
You can choose any fasteners you want, we do the same color finishes on all of our products if you want them to match. Just be sure to select the same hole size as the fasteners you choose. For example, if you want 1/4" diameter screws, select 1/4" holes on the plates.
We do not recommend using the clavo nails to install anything over head. If you have questions about what size/type fasteners you need, please give us a call or email so we can give the best recommendation based on your instal.
