Natural Rust is an acid wash finish that accelerates the rusting process to create a natural rusty finish. This is a living finish and will continue to rust. We add a clear coat to hold the finish, but we recommend adding a coat of clear non yellowing UV resistant spray paint yearly to keep the finish.
