What Is Our Lead Time?
Lead time refers to how long it takes us to create, finish, and pack your order before it ships. Since many of our products are made to order, they are not sitting on a shelf waiting to be boxed up.

Standard lead time is typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales, lead times may extend due to high volume.

Custom orders, oversized hardware, and hand-forged items may require additional production time.

Once your order is complete and packaged, it moves to the shipping stage.

We ship via USPS and UPS, choosing the most cost-effective and reliable option based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

Shipping time is separate from production lead time, so the full time from order to delivery includes both steps.
