I had a very good experience. The Fleur Di Lis Straight Iron Plate was exactly as pictured as described. It was perfect for my application, and very well made. I had a small problem with my order, but the customer service was very responsive. They resolved the issue quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Old West Iron.

Needed a very small order (4 nuts) to finish our new railing base installation. Made sure of the size at HD, and they provided the correct part. Installed gently with ratchet, and nuts did not chip or lose color. Will definitely come here for next special project.

United StatesD Ring Anchor Plate - Hammered, black finish - excellent fit, finish and workmanship
We bought this D Ring to compliment the Beam Straps we had recently received/installed. We were so impressed with the Beam Strap's workmanship, fit and finish. They were exactly to spec and really elevated the appearance of our ceiling beams. SO we ordered the D Ring Anchor plate for an adjacent room and are just as impressed. The heft and workmanship of the hammered plate and D Ring finish looks so authentic. Highly recommend Old West Iron !

I love the strongness of the steel and the color of the bronze is really a rich depth that brought out my cherry cabinets. The copper was really pretty and I believe it would flatter a white or black cabinet or lighter wood. I purchased a sample and it took a while, but ok as I made an proper order to fulfill all my cabintry of the kitchen. Thank you for making a quality product.

I utilized these handles for the wall mounted Murphy Bed and it looks beautiful! First class heavy metal. Aged beautifully. I just went in and purchased several more to put onto cabinet doors. They have multiple sizes to coordinate the room finishings perfectly.

These were the perfect way to finish the blue stain pine dresser that I made for our bedroom. I needed hand-wrought iron handles to match the smithed rose-head spike nails I used. These were the perfect size and had the exact look I was going for. Each one has those subtle little marks of hand-crafted character and texture, but is still uniform and symmetrical. Installation was a breeze as well.
