We accept returns within 30 days of delivery / pick up within our return guidelines with a 30% restock fee.
Start a Return
You must contact the office staff for a RMA number to process a return. This RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. The return slip must be enclosed with the items being returned or your order will not qualify for a refund. All items must be packaged carefully and be returned in the same condition it was sent in. If the items are received damaged and there are no prior emails with images documenting such damage the order will not qualify for a refund.
Custom Orders
All products with customizations not offered on our website / catalog and custom designed products are non-refundable, no exceptions. This includes customized sizes, any items that are bent/ rolled / welded in a way that varies from what is listed on our website, and anything that a sales representative must write up as a custom order.
