100% hand riveted and constructed from strong and sturdy iron, this grill grate is a replica of a Roman design whose popularity extended into the Middle Ages. The 9.5 x 13.5 grilling platform can be placed over a camp fire or hung from a tripod (please see item IN8511A Medieval Renaissance Tripod) with rings attached to the gridiron legs for that purpose. Product may show traces of soot from the forging process this will disappear with use, item also ships oiled to ensure quality. Makes a great impression in Medieval fair or LARP use and is an ideal piece to add authenticity. (TRIPOD NOT INCLUDED)
