We start out building the base for the bars using cabinet grade plywood. It will be hand hammered by Skye to give it a nice, durable finish while still being flat.

Once the copper has been applied we solder and finish out the corners to give the edges a nice, clean look! The tops are generally shipped by a freight carrier in a very sturdy wood crate.

Here's a few tips about ordering just in case you want a dog-leg (L) or horse-shoe (U) shaped top instead of one long piece alone. The measurements in the drop down menu are for the longest edge (outside dimensions) order the sizes that you need along the outside of the bar. Once your order is received, Tom will reach out to you to make sure we build it how you need it.
