I recently purchased several items from Old West Iron. I appreciate that the products were as advertized, but the best part of my experience was the customer service I received. They were honest, pleasant, and helpful. Having specialty manufacturers to help with vintage restoration projects is great. They must be doing a lot of things right, because the Chinese just sent a spy balloon over them.

These plate washers did the trick! I needed some rustic/steampunk type personality added to a project I was doing involving leather strap. I was using the strap instead of curtain rod brackets. These fit the bill perfectly! Thank you for a very nice product!
