This ornament includes two larger hearts linked together with one or more smaller hearts hanging down from the center. Each heart is loosely connected to the others, allowing each to move freely without coming apart (For other arrangements, including hearts which are welded together into a single solid piece of ironwork, check out our other listings or contact us!)
Each heart in this link is individually hand forged from steel. The two large hearts each measure approximately 3.5 - 4" wide, while the additional smaller hearts measure approximately 2.5" wide (each piece is individually handcrafted so sizes will vary slightly). Personalize yours with an optional hand-punched inscription in each heart to commemorate names, dates, or your own special message
The custom inscription can include up to 14 characters per large heart and a maximum of 8 characters on each small heart. Enter your personal inscription in the "notes to seller", and be sure to double check your spelling! Since each piece is unique, your hearts may vary slightly from those pictured
Linked hearts are best displayed on a table or shelf and make a wonderful centerpiece! They can also hung from one of our hand forged hooks for a beautiful wall ornament! (If you plan to hang them on a wall, you may want to consider our welded linked hearts, which may be easier display). Sets of 3-4 hearts will be forged around each other so that they lay fairly flat when displayed on a table or shelf. Due to the complicated nature of this design, sets of 5 or more hearts will not lay as flat and are best hung from the wall, letting the smaller hearts dangle freely. (Please note that each way they are displayed will alter how the hearts rest against one another. Sets of 3-4 have a particular way of sitting which allows them to sit flattest around each other. If you are not sure of the best way to display them contact us for suggestions!
