When using this product, make sure to use a nut (sold separately) to fasten items together. Our hex bolts are suitable for both structural and decorative purposes, offering a classic design. If you prefer an industrial look, the smooth texture may be ideal for you. For a more rustic design, we recommend checking out our hammered or pyramid texture. When purchasing nuts and washers, be sure to choose the same size as the bolt diameter. For structural applications, we suggest a diameter of 3/8" or above. This bolt has dimensions of 1/4" shank diameter, 20 thread pitch, and 8-point head height of 1/8". Its head shape is hex and it has a size across flats and socket size of 3/8". The thread pitch type is coarse.
Upgrade your project with this 1/4" x 1 1/4" hex head bolt bulk lot. Made from Grade 2-5 materials, these bolts are durable and reliable. Contact us for a custom quote if you require a different grade. Perfect for any industrial or DIY project.
All bolts are partial threaded unless custom ordered as full thread. To ask a question or request customizations such as full thread please reach out to us via office@oldwestiron.com.

- Raw: Metal is left untreated. Recommended for those wanting to add their own finish.
- Black: The part is painted flat black. We recommend this option for parts that have no texturing done to them and for outdoor use.
- Oil Rubbed Bronze: A wax containing bronze is rubbed on the piece, leaving a bronze color to the high points of the metal where the lows will be black. Recommended for hammered or distressed textured items.
- Pewter: A wax containing pewter is rubbed on the part, leaving the silver-ish pewter color on the highs points of the metal and the lows will be black. Recommended for hammered of distressed textured items.
- Aged Bronze: A wax containing bronze is applied to the piece and then wiped away. This finish leaves the high points of the metal black and the low points a goldish-bronze color. Recommended for hammered or distressed items.
- Aged Pewter: A wax containing pewter is applied to the piece and then wiped away. This finish leaves the high point of the metal black and the low points a silver-ish pewter color. Recommended for hammered or distressed items.
- Rusty Metal Patina: This finish leaves the reddish, orange color of the rust on the low points of the piece. It looks best when selected with a hammered or distressed texture
